Terms of Service

One account per person. You are responsible for what happens under it, so keep your password to yourself. If you lose access to your email, we may not be able to return your account to you.

Captain names are public and appear in the Ledger. We moderate them. Names that are slurs, impersonations, or advertising will be changed without notice, and repeat attempts will close the account.

Every captain gets the same day. Automating play, running multiple accounts to farm standings, or tampering with the client to gain an advantage will void your standing for the affected Turning. We would rather warn you than remove you, but we will remove you.

Standings are ours to correct. If a bug, an exploit, or a bad day of ours produces a wrong entry, we may amend or void it. We will say publicly when we do.

Patronage is a voluntary contribution handled through Patreon, and grants cosmetics, archive access, and unranked practice — never an advantage in play. It is billed by Patreon under their terms; cancel there and your tier lapses at the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund partial periods.

The game is under active development. Rules, balance, cosmetics, and entitlements may change between Turnings. Where a change removes something you paid for, we will replace it with something of comparable value or refund the affected period.

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We will remove your account and, on request, your name from the Ledger — past entries become an anonymous line rather than disappearing, so the record stays whole. We may close an account for the reasons above, or if the game itself ends.

The game is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be available, bug-free, or that your runs will always be preserved. Our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the preceding twelve months. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumer protections in your own country still apply to you.
